Air nozzle
Air nozzle is the spray nozzle which sprays by compressed air or blower air.
It is typically used for water cutting, drying after washing, eliminating dust, cooling or air curtain.
The maximum pressure of compressor is generally 0.7MPa which is high, but air volume is lower if compared to blower. On the other hand, typical air pressure of blower is less than 0.1MPa which is low, however air volume is high. Air nozzle model has to be concerned which facility you have. Also, air nozzle has to be designed carefully so spray width or straightness can meet your demand, because sprayed air is easy to shrink, or attenuate of velocity as character of air.
Air nozzle specification is evaluated by measuring impact force or velocity to see uniformity because air cannot see in visual.

Air pressure/ air volume depends on specification and piping layout of facility.
Check nozzle connection.
Nozzle connection depends on piping size. Also, piping size is related to internal velocity of piping.
Confirm environment
Check environment where nozzle will be used.
Nozzle material depends on temperature or kind of fluid.
Also, nozzle may be clogged if air includes foreign materials.
Install filtration in such case.
Fix nozzle specification
Decide air pressure and flow rate per nozzle, and spray pattern such as spray angle,
