Challenges

Humidifier is typically used at printing factory. Because soared dusts due to dryness of the air causes printing error. Low humidity may cause fire of laminator as it leads to generate static electricity easily. This customer who has used competitor's nozzle demanded to change nozzle brand because their follow up was not very good.

Solution

We are aware that Moya atomizing nozzle can help this customer after inspecting current nozzle they are using. The nozzle we proposed can spray fine particle by water pressure only. We also modified nozzle connection.

Trial

As mentioned above, our first task was to figure out the specification of the nozzle which customer was using, then analyzed current situation. We compiled the data such as flow rate, spray pattern, particle size and so on then confirmed everything is better than current nozzle. We also confirmed spray pattern when Moya atomizing nozzle was installed on their humidifier which means no difference from when customer was using competitor's nozzle.
