Challenges

In burner in industrial facilities, our burner nozzle is adopted for the combustion.
The nozzle which customer was using was going to be out of stock since the model becomes discontinued a few decades ago.

In addition, there were issues about the lead time and after-sale service.
Therefore, the customer was looking for a manufacturer which can provide a stable nozzle supply and has an excellent after-sale service.

The customer was highly satisfied with the performance of the previous nozzle so that we had to supply the burner nozzle with the same performance.

Solution

We have proposed our customized nozzle which had the same performance as there were no nozzles which were able to spray the same flow rate, spray angle, spray pattern and particle size in our standard lineup.

Trial

At first, we measured the flow rate, the spray angle, the spray pattern and the particle size of the previous nozzle precisely .
Then, we measured the performance of our standard nozzle and customized the structure and the shape of our standard nozzle to meet each performances of the previous nozzle.

After repetition of designing, prototyping and evaluation, we has designed the burner nozzle which had the same performance,
We started supplying the nozzle after confirmation in a combustion test at the customer's facility.
